Websites & business software

Websites customers can use. Software your team can run on.

We design the public experience and the system behind it: websites, shops, portals, dashboards, workflows and the integrations that keep work moving.

One focused screen, interaction or workflow, agreed before a project contract.

Two sides of the build

The experience outside. The work inside.

A strong front end helps someone decide and act. A strong back end gives your team the information, ownership and controls to deliver what was promised.

01 / CUSTOMER

Make discovery and buying feel clear.

  • Understand the offer
  • Compare the right details
  • Enquire, book or purchase

Outcome: fewer dead ends between interest and action.

02 / TEAM

Make fulfilment easier to run.

  • Receive complete requests
  • Assign work and approvals
  • Keep status visible

Outcome: a process the team can follow and improve.

From visitor to action

A useful journey is designed decision by decision.

  1. 01
    ARRIVERecognise the right place

Message, speed and visual hierarchy answer “is this for me?”

  2. 02
    UNDERSTANDSee what is offered

Structure and plain language make the choice legible.

  3. 03
    TRUSTFind enough evidence

Relevant work, process and practical detail reduce uncertainty.

  4. 04
    ACTTake the next step

The form, checkout or booking flow asks only what is needed.

Platform choice

Choose for the work, not the logo.

We look at editing, products, users, approvals, integrations and ownership before recommending a stack. The simplest option that fits well is usually the best one.

Quality in use

Built for the day after launch.

A good build remains fast, understandable and maintainable as real people and real content move through it.

Scope & collaboration

Define the useful part before the full build.

Discovery maps the audience, workflows, content, systems and decisions. For a suitable project, a focused free demo then makes one important part tangible before a contract.

Questions

Before we start.

Do I need a website or custom software?

If customers mainly need to understand, trust and contact or buy from you, a site or shop may be enough. If your team also needs approvals, records, dashboards or connected workflows, we can scope the software behind it too.

Which platform will you use?

We choose after understanding the job and how your team will run it. WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and custom software each have a useful place; we explain the fit and tradeoffs before scope is agreed.

What is included in the free demo?

For a suitable project, we agree one focused screen, interaction or workflow to demonstrate before a project contract. It is a way to judge the direction and execution, not a finished product or open-ended build.

How much does a website cost?

Our own builds start at €700. The final price depends on scope: pages, integrations, commerce and custom functionality. We give a real number after a short conversation. Our article "What Does a Website Actually Cost?" (voxtraffic.com/insights/what-does-a-website-cost/) explains what drives the price.
