Practical AI automation

Automate repetitive work. Keep people in control.

We build custom workflows that take in requests and documents, find the relevant evidence, prepare useful work and stop for a person when a decision matters.

One focused workflow, agreed before a project contract.

Evidence to action

Useful automation has a visible chain of responsibility.

The system should make its inputs, checks, exceptions and handoffs legible. That lets your team judge the work instead of trusting a black box.

  1. 01
    Receive

A form, email, document or system event starts the workflow.

    INPUT
  2. 02
    Retrieve

Relevant approved information is gathered for the task.

    EVIDENCE
  3. 03
    Check

Rules identify missing details, conflicts and exceptions.

    CONTROL
  4. 04
    Prepare

A draft, summary, record or next step is made ready.

    OUTPUT
  5. 05
    Approve

The responsible person edits, returns or accepts the work.

Opportunity map

Start where work repeats.

A good candidate has a recognisable input, a repeatable preparation step and a clear person responsible for the result.

Permissions, exceptions and history belong in the interface.

We define who can view, prepare and approve; what causes a workflow to stop; and what is recorded for later review.

Ways to start

Bring a bottleneck. Or let us find one.

We can map a known repeated task, or examine where requests, documents and handoffs consume attention. The first useful demo stays deliberately narrow.

01

You know the problem

Bring the task, the people involved and the tools it touches. We map the evidence and decision points.

02

We identify the opportunity

Walk us through how the team works. We look for a contained process worth demonstrating first.

Integration & handover

Fit the workflow to the business around it.

We connect only what the job needs, test normal and exception paths, document ownership and give the team a system they can understand and operate.

Questions

Useful before we begin.

Is this just a chatbot?+

No. A chatbot can be one interface, but the useful work often happens behind it: retrieving approved information, checking a request, preparing a draft, routing an exception and recording a human decision.

Can AI act without someone checking it?+

We decide that boundary with you. Important communications and decisions can stop for review, while low-risk mechanical steps can move under clear rules. The interface should always show what happened and who owns the next decision.

Will it work with our current tools?+

Where useful APIs and permissions exist, we can connect websites, CRMs, stores, spreadsheets, email and internal systems. Discovery confirms what can be connected safely before anything is promised.

What can the free demo show?+

For a suitable project, we agree one focused screen or workflow before a contract: for example, a request moving through evidence, a prepared output and a visible approval stop.
